Helen is a task priority workout; complete the work, as best you can, as fast as you can. Although the distance/weight load/pullups are scaled to your abilities for everyone to finish in similar time frames, every single class will have someone that finishes last.  This isn’t something to be afraid of! We have a motto here, that ‘last place gets the most cheers.’ You may not like the attention, but everyone who walks in our doors is a special part of our community, and we will cheer for you until the very end. And the next time, you’ll be the one cheering for someone else.
