We will be hosting our very first In House Throwdown Competition on Sat. March 2. Registration through Mindbody will be live this week.
All HCF members are welcomed to participate in a 3-WOD battle for bragging rights and awesome fun! We will be having two divisions, RX and Scaled, so that everyone can modify the movements if need be. The top three winners in each division will reach the podium!
Even if you are not registered to compete, come on by and support your fellow athletes. This will be an awesome community event!

Skill: Handstand P1 and 2.

WOD: P1. Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5. All working sets should be at 70-75% of 1 rm.

*Warmup with 3-5 reps @40-50%, 50-60% then begin working sets^

P2. Every other minute on the min for 10 min total:
Odd min: 1 min plank hold.
Even min: 20 abmat situps
