Week 3 of Fit for our Fallen prep is in full effect! This weekend members will participate in our event by completing the Memorial Workout, Murph. There is still time to get signed up! All proceeds will benefit the IU Veterans and Adaptive Athletes Fund.

CrossFit:
A) 3 sets of:
Goblet Squat x 10 reps

Theraband Face Pulls x 15 reps

Russian KB Swings x 20 reps

Strict Ring Rows x 10 reps

B) Four sets of max reps of air squats against a 2-min clock (8 min total)
Run 300 Meters
Air Squats-easy

QuickFit:

Goblet Squat x 4-6 reps

Band Pull Aparts x 8-12 reps

Walking Lunges with DB’s x 20 steps
