The On Ramp program is a pre-requisite before registering for CrossFit Classes and an integral part of the getting-started experience within CrossFit.  We have designed this program to teach you how to lift properly, establish fitness goals and benchmarks, and begin getting the results you’ve always wanted from fitness.

When On Ramp is complete, you are eligible to sign into CrossFit Classes.

CAN’T MAKE THE GROUP ON RAMP CLASSES? WANT TO GET STARTED TODAY?

On Ramp: Fast Track
Group On Ramp is the most effective getting-started experience, but uncontrollable limitations may prevent that. Get started with us today!

6 one-hour sessions is only $299. Prices will increase on January 1st, take advantage of this great deal now!

  •  You will learn all the essential movements in the private session that you would have learned in group On Ramp.
  • When you sign up for On Ramp: Fast Track, you are, also, committing to at least 1 month membership of CrossFit Classes.

If a group On Ramp has less than 4 people enrolled, it will be shortened to 2-weeks and the price is the same. You will be notified the first day of On Ramp.

When On Ramp is complete, your CrossFit classes membership for 3x, 4x, or 5x/week will automatically begin on the 1st of the following month. You are committed to purchase at least 1 month of CrossFit classes before changing your membership.

If you do not complete On Ramp, or miss too many days, you will be required to schedule private training appointments with a coach to learn skills or make up benchmarks.

Missed classes or cancellations will not be reimbursed or credited.

Our programs don’t discriminate against age and ability levels and we are experts in scaling and modifying to the needs of our participants. What bonds the CrossFit community is the belief in not giving up.  Being tired versus having joint pain are not the same thing; when you’re tired, we will encourage you to do your best, and not give up. When you have physical joint/skeletal/muscular pain, it is your responsibility to communicate to the coaches what you need. Our coaches do not have telepathy or X-Ray vision, nor are we doctors to diagnose a problem. We count on your open communication.
