REMINDER: Team WOD at 11am, Group Picture at Noon. We will gather as many people as possible for this group photo for our new video, we will find a time later in the year to gather EVERYONE together for a full group photo.

TEAM WOD: Teams of 4: Each team will have a full set of bumpers, 2-45’s, 2-35’s, 2-25’s, 2-15’s, 2-10’s and a 45# bar.
each team will complete 10 deadlifts at each weight: 305, 285, 255, 205, 135, 45 (2 people may work together to lift). Once all plates have been removed from bar and deadlifts completed, team will carry plates 100m. and stack plates to complete 10 box jumps at each height as you stack 1 plate at a time on top of each other. Team will then carry all plates another 100m. Team will then complete 10 weighted pushups with each plate, 100 total reps.
