Hoosier CrossFit Classes

Details: This program is a 60-minute strength and conditioning class. Before joining, you are required to to take On Ramp. Consider On Ramp a school for fitness; you will learn how to lift properly and understand the CrossFit methdology one day at a time.  CrossFit is best suited for those who have a hard working spirit, love working in a team environment, and wants instruction from expert coaches. Class begins with a warm up & flexibility, a 5-30 minute workout that is different every.single.day , and a 5 minute cool down.

Membership details: 3x/week, 4x/week, 5x/week monthly membership & student semester packages are available. Drop-ins are not permitted.

QuickFit

Details: This program is a 45-minute strength and conditioning class and a scaled down version of Hoosier CrossFit classes.  Workouts may include full-body strength & abs, full body high intensity in short bursts, and full body moderate intensity in longer durations. Class begins with a warm up & flexibility, a 5-15 minute workout that is different every.single.day , and a 5 minute cool down.

  • you haven’t worked out in a long time and don’t know where to begin

  • you are inpspired within a group setting, and see challenges as a learning opportunity
  • you need a quick 45-minute session to fit into your hectic day
