Power Lifting, Strongman, & Weightlifting

Details:Our unique 8-week focus courses are designed to help you develop in particular areas in which you want to improve.  If you’re a member, these courses are an accessory to your current 3-5 day/week routine, but you don’t have to be a member to benefit and enjoy these programs. If you’re interested in only building strength, all 3 of these programs will help you do that.  

Start Date: Varies. See program page for annual schedule and details about each class. All Classes are on Wednesdays at 6:15pm and Saturdays at 10am.

Cost: $199 for anyone with a current HAC membership in QuickFit, CrossFit or private training. Otherwise, $299. 

Conditioning Only Programs

8-week: Endurance

Details: This course will focus on running technique deriving from the Pose Method.  Designed to help produce increased work capacity and decrease changes for injury when it comes to running.  Workouts will begin with warm up, skill work, and a workout.  Workouts may be short, focusing on intensity such as 8x100m runs with equal rest durations.  They May be moderately intense with 400,600, 800, 600, 400meter with 70-80% effort and 1 minute rest durations.  They may be lower intense and the run will be a steady 30 minutes.  Constantly varied running intensites, mixed with quality warm ups/flexiblity/cool downs will ensure your cardio endurance and injury prevention will be improved.

Cost: $199 for members. $299 for non-members.

Burn30

Details: This program is a 30-minute conditioning and ab workout class. Designed to help produce increased work capacity utilizing the stationary bike and rowing machine, as well as improve core strength.   Class begins with low intensity stretching, a 10-20 minute burn, and a 5 minute cool down.
