A. Pull-up/KB swing skill work. B. ‘Helen’ 3 rounds for time: Run 400m., 21 KB swings, 12 pullups *goal is to scale appropriately to go sub 10, with a cap of 15.

Each for time: Run: 4x 800 m *scale to 600m/400m. as needed Rest as needed between efforts. *Rest to recovery, so each 800m. can be high intensity: ~3-5 min.
