A couple times a week we take the time to go over skill training for major lifts then perform them at heavy loads. This helps to ensure that our members are using correct form and movement during WODs with high quantity reps of these movements.
A. Hang power clean skill/warmup
B. Hang power clean 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps
In 60 seconds, complete XX burpees and then as many reps as possible of unbroken pushups
Rest 60 seconds between sets
