What is a dynamic warmup and why do we do them? A dynamic warmup is a series of specific movements designed to prepare the muscles for the upcoming workout. We do a dynamic warm-up each day to prevent injury, prepare for that day’s movements and skills, and to get the blood pumping from minute 1.
