Test Day #3 is in the books! We can modify movements to achieve depth while combatting knee pain by squatting to a box, or our members can achieve new PR’s with large loads on their backs. We are really excited to see what our members are able to achieve during this 8-week cycle!

400/300/200m Run
25 KB deadlifts
25 sit-ups

A. Alternating tabata assault bike cals/ slam balls 20 x 10 x 8
