3 rounds for max reps:
1 minute wall balls
1 minute sumo deadlift high pulls
1 minute of box jumps
1 minute of push presses
1 minute of rowing (calories)

QuickFit
Teams of 2, partners alternate complete rounds
4 min:
8 pushups
16 KB Swings
and then…

4 min:
8 burpees
16 lunges (8 per leg)
and then…

4 min:
8 alternating single arm DB snatches
16 V-ups
