The sea of barbells shows the variety of scaling that our members do. One of the best things about CrossFit is that it is infinitely scalable for ALL levels of athlete. Scaling is important to achieve the desired level of intensity for that day’s workout!

5 shoulder-overhead
10 deadlifts
15 box jump/step

5 rounds (10 min)
:30 ball slams, :30 rest
:30 reverse lunges with medball, :30 rest
