Another day, another 5×5 squat session! Our members continue to build each week with the goal of improving on their 3 rep max test from week 1 of this cycle. We a retesting in 4 weeks!

CrossFit:
A. Squat prep/warmup
B. E3 min x 15 min: 5 back squats @ 85% of test week 3rm
C. Alternating EMOM couch stretch x 6 min

QuickFit:
AMRAP 12 min:
20/15 calories of assault bike
10 burpees
