Excuses = Addict

Sometimes I find myself and many others saying the following, “Well, I had a long day…” “Well, I didn’t have enough time to…” “Well, I just didn’t have self control.”  These are not reasons. They are excuses.  We all say them and we need to stop.

Mobility: Improving Hip Extension (And Internal Rotation) for Running

WOD: Run: 50m., 100m., 200m., 400m., 800m., 1600m.
Rest 90-120sec. between efforts, post time for each distance to board.
