Joe is in the Longevity class for ages 50+.  He’s doing the Farmer’s Carry with a weighted Kettlebell on each side.  This one of the most efficient movements you can do to help build full-body strength for all levels of fitness. The core braces and stabilizes the entire body, the upper back works to keep your chest and shoulders up, and you improve your grip strength at the same time!
