8-Week Focus Course

Every 8 weeks a new program is offered that focuses on one specialty 3 days a week. Want to focus on just strength? Just conditioning? Members and non-members are invited.

2 trainer-led classes on Wednesdays at 6:15pm and Saturdays at 10am, plus 1 homework day.

Sports Performance Class

CrossFit is a sport. Some of us do it for leisure and general fitness. Others do it to win.

You must have prior CrossFit experience & test into this class. Each quarter there’s a free call-out meeting and test day.

T/TH 6:15pm, Saturdays 8am, plus accessory homework daily.
