March – Today I “graduated” from ring rows to banded pull-ups. On top of that I hit another 5 pound weight loss milestone. I have not been this weight since college! I’m still discouraged, but I’m moving forward and will get where I intend to be – when I put my mind and heart into something I have a very good track record of achieving what I intend to achieve! #gettingstronger#gettingthinner #hoosiercrossfit
February – Not very motivated today, but my gym family brought me up. I have to admit, I shed a tear walking out of the gym this morning – this place and the people that are here every morning are beyond words! Thanks to @hoosiercoachjenna, @shauntieman and my gym family for the encouragement this morning!!! Kept adding weight to the bar -almost ran out of room. New deadlift 1 RM and 3 RM PRs!
