A. Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets) of:
Front Squat
Set 1 – 3 reps @ 70%
Set 2 – 2 reps @ 75%
Set 3 – 2 reps @ 80%
Set 4 – 1 rep @ 85%
Set 5 – 1 rep @ 90%
Rest 2 minutes, and then…
Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (2 sets):
Front Squat
Set 6 – 1 rep @ 90-95%
Set 7 – 1 rep @ 90-95%
Set 8 – 1 rep @ 90-95%
B. Core work (capacity)
5 min clock- EMOM:
10 sec max tuck up
10 sec hollow hold
40 sec knee to chest recovery
