Gabby is one of the newest members of our Sports Performance program. Today in CrossFit classes, she got a personal record on 17.5 from the CrossFit open.

Hoosier CrossFit:
10 Rounds for time of:
9 Thursters
35 double-unders

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
5 Dumbbell burpees
10 Dumbbell walking lunges
