Our members practice kipping handstand pushups today by kicking their feet up against the wall! This drill is very useful for skill training but it also brings a little bit of joy and laughter to the classes.

CrossFit:
Skill: Kipping Handstand Pushup

A. Seated DB strict presses 3 sets x 5 reps- As heavy as possible

B. Alternating tabata 20 on x 10 off x 8
