WOD: Team Air Force WOD
3 person Teams complete 3 rounds of:
20 Thrusters
20 Sumo deadlift highpulls
20 push jerks
20 overhead squats
20 front squats
(65,95lb. for each movement)
+every minute on the minute EACH person must perform 4 burpees
1 person works at a time, when the bar comes to a rest position the next team member takes over
