Meal for a King

People ask me all of the time, “Paleo? What do you eat?”  I plan on changing the way I answer this question.  I used to say with a deer-in-headlights look, “Meat and vegetables.”  Perhaps, I should consider, “Garlic jalapeño bison burger topped with organic sun dried tomatoes over organic romaine lettuce with roasted lemon cucumbers.” It would appear that every dinner was a meal for a king!

Mobility: Deadlift/shoulder prep.

9 Deadlift, 18 bar hops
6 Hang power clean, 12 bar hops
3 shoulder-overhead, 6 bar hops
