We like to program team workouts every week to give our members a chance to team up with someone new and build their community!

In teams of two, partners alternate rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 min of:
12 Dumbbell Thrusters
12 alternating reverse lunges with DB

For 10 minutes
10 calorie row
5 burpees
