1. Max reps of Toes-bar
2. Sandbag carry length of room 50′ down, 50′ back. Track total feet completed.
3. Max reps of Double-unders
1. scale accordingly so that movement of toes-bar can be completed for fairly high rep sets, such as knee raises or even v-ups/sit-ups if need be.
2. if sandbag weight is too heavy, use a bumper plate carry at lighter load.
3. everyone is doing DU, if you struggle with DU you won’t get better by always doing SU.
