A.  Rope Climb skill work
B. Teams of 3: AMRAP 8 MIN:
Rope Climbs
*must alternate to new person each rep

Complete 4 sets of :20 on x :10 rest for each of the following exercises:
-Russian Kettlebell Swings
-Box Step Overs
-Plank Hold
*Complete all 4 sets of one exercise before moving onto the next.
