3 sets for quality:
DB Shoulder Press x 8-10 reps
Rest 45 seconds
Step-Ups x 10-12 reps each leg
Rest 45 seconds
KB Farmers Carry x 150′ (75 down/75 back)
Rest 45 seconds

B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
10 Dumbbell Push Presses (try to go heavy on these)
5 Strict Pull-Ups
